Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center Integrated Care Planning Project
The purpose of Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center (SPVMHC) Integrated Care Planning Project was to conduct a data driven decision making process that engaged stakeholders and provided SPVMHC with information needed to select a feasible and sustainable approach to provide integrated behavioral health and primary care to its clients. In order to complete this planning effort, staff and faculty from Ohio State University and GRC conducted a needs assessment, engaged community stakeholders and potential partners, evaluated organizational readiness, and provided guidance regarding changes needed in health information and billing systems, administrative and clinical practices, and organizational resources in order to establishing partnerships with primary care organizations.
