SIS Evaluation

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities has partnered with the GRC and The Ohio State University Nisonger Center to evaluate the effectiveness of a new assessment instrument for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities. Through this project, several hundred individuals will be assessed on the "Support Intensity Scale" (SIS) Instrument. The GRC will analyze the responses from the SIS and compare the responses of the current assessment instrument used for individuals. A resource prediction model based upon SIS scores will also be developed and evaluated.
