GRC staff has extensive experience developing, managing and evaluating projects. Staff can assist clients with developing scopes of work, budgets, deliverables and reporting timelines. GRC also offers project fiscal and contract management services. Throughout a project, GRC staff ensures that the client has access to timely, relevant project information and results. GRC staff will work to ensure that an organization has all the information throughout the project and a detailed report at the end showing the results.
