For health program managers, the ability to implement efficient and effective administrative solutions is often hampered by budget a workforce limitations. Even when the solution will save or generate revenue, the solution implementation process can span years instead of months, decreasing the opportunities for significant savings and revenue generation. 

GRC works with clients to implement timely and creative solutions to realize cost savings. GRC has the expertise, technology, and operational capacity to implement a wide range of administrative activities, from cost avoidance to third party recoveries, and maximizing federal benefits, to implementing clinical management programs. Because GRC is a state government based organization, it is eligible to use its own resources as certified public expenditures to draw down federal Medicaid matching funds (if applicable). Instead of contracting with private physicians, pharmacists, psychologists, and nurses to run these programs, existing clinical faculty generate enhanced federal matching funds, thereby reducing the amount of non-federal match required for many projects.
