GRC Research Analytics Specialist, Piyali Das, was selected by the Ohio State University (OSU) to receive funding to attend the 2018 Open Data Science Conference in Boston.
The Open Data Science Conference brings together data science enthusiasts to learn about cutting edge tools and technologies from industry leaders around the world. Das is attending the conference to gain hands-on experience in machine learning, supporting her interactive analytics and machine learning work at GRC.
The Staff Career Development Grant supports education and training costs related to career growth for OSU staff. Grants are awarded through a competitively selected process. The Staff Career Development Grant Program is administered by The Office of Human Resources in partnership with the University Staff Advisory Committee (USAC).
