Welcome to The Ohio Family Health Survey
The Ohio Family Health Survey is the largest state sponsored health survey in the USA. The 2008 survey of 51,000 families in Ohio has just been completed.The survey questions include health status, health care access and utilization, satisfaction, insurance status, as well as general family structure, demographics and geography.
The 2008 survey is sponsored by the Ohio Departments of Insurance, Job and Family Services, Health, and Mental Health. The survey is being used to inform state and local policy makers concerning the impact of health care reform strategies on the State of Ohio and its citizens.
