Ohio Cardiovascular Health Learning Collaborative Annual Meeting
The Ohio Cardiovascular Health Learning Collaborative (CVHLC) will host its Annual Meeting on June 11, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The program will feature a keynote address from Dr. Eduardo Sanchez, Chief Medical Officer for Prevention American Heart Association, as well as breakout sessions and additional programming.

CVHLC focuses on preventing and managing cardiovascular disease, especially among those most at risk due to social and health related needs. Our goal is to improve cardiovascular health outcomes by sharing best practices and expertise across Ohio, connecting health care providers, community partners, CVH specialists, and public health professionals.
