Samantha Grevas, MPA

Samantha “Sam” Grevas is a Senior Reporting and Analytics Analyst at the Government Resource Center, where she supports Medicaid population health initiatives through dashboard development and applied data analysis.

Sam brings extensive experience in analytics, visualization, and applied research earned across state agencies. Prior to joining GRC, she served as Data Visualization Supervisor and Lead Analyst at the Ohio Department of Medicaid, overseeing a team that provided analytic decision-making support using Tableau and ArcGIS. Additionally, Sam worked as a Research Manager at JobsOhio, where she conducted economic and policy research to strengthen Ohio’s competitive position and inform strategic initiatives.

Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University. Sam is deeply committed to public service and is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that improve outcomes across Ohio.
