Jordan Plottner is the Associate Director of the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center, where Jordan draws on experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, and coalition building to lead the organization’s operations. With more than 16 years of public service experience, including over a decade in communication leadership, policy, and management roles, Jordan has a reputation as a mission-driven consensus-builder and innovative problem solver.
At GRC, Jordan leads strategic operations to advance the center's mission of improving health care across Ohio. As part of the senior leadership team, Jordan drives initiatives that align organizational goals with community and stakeholder needs while enhancing operational performance.
Jordan’s professional background includes serving as Chief of Staff in the Ohio House of Representatives, where Jordan led communications, policy, legal and human resources operations in a complex legislative environment. Jordan’s expertise in communications, operations, and strategy has consistently elevated organizational initiatives and public visibility.
A lifelong Ohioan, Jordan holds a degree in Political Science and Public Policy from Kent State University. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys current events, cooking, music, art, writing, the outdoors, and spending quality time with his two children.
