Sharline Martin joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in December 2024 as a senior project manager. Sharline is an experienced professional with clinical RN, business analysis, project management and nonprofit leadership experience. She has worked as a clinical RN in various clinical disciplines in large health care systems. Her most recent experience is in clinical cardiology and case management. Sharline will be leading various GRC projects including quality improvement projects to facilitate better clinical outcomes.
Sharline brings experience working as a business analyst, project lead, and clinical subject matter expert on health care information management, voice of the customer, process, and product improvement projects.
Sharline holds a bachelor’s degree in science and nursing (BSN) and a master’s in business administration (MBA). She is a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) and a certified project management professional (PMP). In her free time, Sharline is actively involved in her community and serves as a board member in various nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as the Vice President (VP) of outreach for the project management institute of southwest Ohio Chapter.
