Free clinic at OSU Thomas Rardin Family Medicine run by volunteer physicians and graduate students, specialize in caring for Asian American and Asian immigrant patients (including non-English speakers).

Capital Park - Heart of Ohio Family Health
Non-profit health center offering a variety of services at a reduced cost (on a sliding scale for non-insured).

Columbus Free Clinic
Provides primary care, laboratory and imaging, pharmacy, specialty care in women's health, urology, physical and occupational therapy, psychiatry, law, and flu shots (with referral to orthopedics, cardiology, dermatology).

Columbus Public Health - Dental Clinic
Provides basic dental services (exams, x-rays, cleaning, fillings, extractions) and emergency services; must complete an application prior to coming into the clinic.

Columbus Public Health - Physician's Free Clinic
Provides primary care by volunteer physicians within the Columbus Medical Association, specialty care by referral.

Columbus Public Health - Women's Health and Wellness Center
Provides a variety of women's services and screening for certain cancers and STIs, smoking cessation counseling, and other services; interpreters available; sliding fee scale for uninsured & accepts most insurances; must bring picture ID and household family information to each visit.

Columbus Neighborhood Health Center for the Homeless
Subsidiary of the CNHC which serves to ensure that people experiencing homelessness have access to comprehensive primary health care and mental health and substance abuse services at clinical care sites, homeless gathering sites, and shelters.

Equitas Health
Provides primary care, high-impact HIV-related prevention, supportive and HIV/AIDS health navigation services for people living with or at risk of HIV, behavioral health, HIV/STI testing and more; services vary by location.

Hardin Clinic - Grace in the City
Provides free basic medical services for those at or below the federal poverty level, prescription counseling; can connect you with resources to help with basic physical needs and spiritual needs.

Helping Hands Health & Wellness Center
Offers reduced price TB Testing, free physicals, and free health care and social services on a walk-in basis for people 18+; faith-based clinic.

LifeCare Alliance - Wellness Clinic
Eight centers located throughout Franklin County which provide low-cost foot care, general health evaluations, nutrition education, and health education/fitness.

Linworth Free Clinic
Faith-based free clinic operating out of Linworth Road Center for low-income and/or Medicaid-eligible individuals; provides well and sick office visits, physicals, blood sugar testing, and referrals to other specialty health care providers/clinics

Lower Lights Christian Health Center
Delivers high-quality affordable services including primary care, OB/GYN, dental, vision, behavioral health, pharmacy, nutrition, and spiritual care; accepts Medicaid, Medicare, commercial insurance, and non-insured (sliding scale).

Mount Carmel Healthy Living Center
Community health and wellness center which provides free holistic health and wellness programs including cooking and nutrition, diabetes prevention, exercise, wellness, and pre/postnatal care tips.

New Life Community Health and Wellness
Volunteer run non-profit outreach center in Short North which seeks to serve those residents in-need in the area; provides hot breakfast every Sunday and a free clinic every other Sunday; men can also receive gently used business clothes and personal hygiene items

Noor Community Clinic
Free medical clinic run by volunteer physicians, nurses, and students serving the uninsured and medically underserved; patients must bring photo ID and any recent medical records and prescriptions; clinic can provide prescriptions, referrals for lab and radiology tests, and referrals to OSU Wexner Medical Center (if approved for financial aid).

Ohio Latino Health Network - Clinica Latina
Free health clinic for Spanish speaking and low-income individuals; first come-first served basis; provides basic primary care, as well as dental care on the first Tuesday of the month and laboratory testing when applicable; all staff speaks Spanish.

Physicians Care Connection
Volunteer based charitable organization that helps coordinate care for uninsured and medically underserved or underinsured adults; operates Physicians Free Clinic and Dental Clinic in partnership with Columbus Public Health (and other organizations) on Monday evenings

Planned Parenthood
Health center that provides high-quality affordable health care and sex education; interpreters available for English and Spanish (other languages available by telephone); provide birth control, HIV services, men and women's health care, primary care, abortion referrals, and more; currently offering many Telehealth services.

PrimaryOne Health
System of health center sites throughout Columbus and Franklin County which seeks to meet the needs of vulnerable, medically underserved, un/underinsured, and insured residents within the community; provides medical, dental, and vision services (and some other specialties) at a variety of locations.

The Breathing Association Lung Health Clinic
Provides medical and nursing services from a skilled professional staff; must meet income guidelines and have asthma, COPD, or other lung health needs

The Health Center at Faith Mission (LSS)
Health center for homeless residents of Columbus who are living in shelters or on the street which provides medical, dental, vision, behavioral health and recovery services, pharmacy, health education and screening, and HIV prevention and care; can qualify for free services or Medicaid coverage based on low income and services are provided on a sliding fee scale.

The Women's Clinic of Columbus
Delivers vital reproductive health care, sex education, and information to women in the community; provides classes for mothers, free pregnancy tests and limited ultrasounds, and a baby boutique where mothers can spend "Mommy Money" earned from classes.

Victory Ministries Center of Hope
Multi-faceted material-needs assistance ministry offering immediate assistance for critical needs such as food (The Choice Pantry) and clothing (Clothing Room); provides free medical clinic (preventative health and vision) and counseling services.

Vineyard Free Health Clinics
Provides free medical, chiropractic, dental, and vision care for those 18+ up; medical clinic is walk-in and all other clinics are by appointment only.

Wellness on Wheels (WOW) @ Hilltop YMCA
Mobile wellness clinic which serves to work just like a normal doctor's office delivering primary care for everything from routine health needs, to minor illnesses and injuries, to the management of chronic health conditions.

Women's Care Center
Provides free, confidential counseling, support and education for pregnant women; free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds help determine viability and dates (prenatal medical care and abortions not provided, but counseling on abortions available)
