Allie joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in April 2024. Allie serves as a senior researcher for the Ohio Fatherhood Survey (OFS), Ohio Pregnancy Assessment Survey (OPAS), and the Maternal Safety Quality Improvement Projects. Allie previously worked at the Ohio Department of Health with the Pregnancy-Associated Mortality Review (PAMR) program. She served in various roles with the PAMR program, including public health consultant and lead data analyst. In these roles, she implemented multiple statewide maternal health projects, such as the Ohio Council to Advance Maternal Health (OH-CAMH) and Obstetric Emergency Simulation Trainings. She also led all PAMR surveillance responsibilities, including, data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.
Prior to joining the GRC, Allie worked as the Associate Director of the Clinical Skills Education and Assessment Center (CSEAC) at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and as a pediatric Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) at Boston Children’s Hospital and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Allie received her Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University with a specialization in Health Behavior and Health Promotion. She graduated from The Ohio State University with Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences degree with a specialization in Respiratory Therapy.
