Haley Moorman, MHA
Senior Project Manager
Haley joined the Government Resource Center (GRC) in January 2025. She serves as a Project Manager for the Achieving Cardiovascular Equity and the Care2 Quality Improvement Projects.
Haley holds a master’s degree in Health Administration from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in Biology and History from Allegheny College. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and has her Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Prior to joining the GRC, Haley was a Quality Assurance/Quality Control supervisor at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
