Joining GRC in 2024, Jacci Ziebert is a Senior Researcher at the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC). In this role, she is developer in Shiny web apps and in R packages.
Jacci earned a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Wisconsin. She has 8 years of experience working in state government - mainly at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. At WisDOT, she was a traffic forecaster then a highway safety data analyst. In that analyst role, she developed technical skills in data analysis and data visualization analyzing behavior relating to statewide crash data, often for public consumption. This led her into developing R packages where she is applying these skills in her current role at GRC.
