Kyle Heatherly is a Research Consultant within the Health and Social Sciences section of the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center. He works on the Accelerated Outcomes for Kids learning network, a partnership between the Ohio Department of Medicaid, Ohio’s children’s hospitals, and pediatric accountable care organizations, for which he is responsible for monthly data production and focus measure technical assistance.
Before joining GRC, Kyle was a senior analyst at the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, overseeing epidemiological and clinical data and analysis. Prior to that, he worked as a marketing and communications consultant for hospitals and pharmaceutical companies.
Kyle holds a BA in International Studies from Ohio State, an MA in Political Science from Uppsala University, and a PhD in Mass Communication from Indiana University, Bloomington, where he focused on communications law and policy and public management. He is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Digital Health from the OSU College of Medicine’s Department of Biomedical Informatics.
