Moses Luri is a Senior Researcher at the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC), where he has been contributing since December 2024. His current projects include the Ohio Fatherhood Survey (OFS) and Medicaid Health Informatics (MHI) initiatives. Moses brings extensive expertise in statistics, data analytics, and causal inference research methodology. He has experience in survey methodologies, dashboard development using Tableau software, programming in R and Python, and applying Generative Artificial Intelligence to streamline Data Analytics.

Before joining the GRC, Moses served as an Assistant Professor of Economics and Data Science at the College of Wooster. He holds a BA in Statistics and Economics from the University of Ghana, an MSc in Economics from South Dakota State University, and an MSc in Statistics from Washington State University, where he specialized in process monitoring and control charts. Moses earned his PhD in Economics from Washington State University with a focus on applied econometrics and resource economics. He is also Google-certified advanced data analytics professional.
