Sam joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in February 2022 as a Senior Researcher in the Instrumental Data section. She is working on data analytics and child health improvement projects. Sam is involved in data processing, analytics, and measure construction. Sam is passionate about improving healthcare and public health using data.
Sam has 6 years of experience in healthcare analytics and using Medicaid administrative data. Prior to joining GRC, Sam worked with the Analytics team at CareSource where she worked on projects aimed at improving coordination of care, improving processes, and reducing healthcare costs.
Sam received her BS in Bioengineering from Miami University in 2017. She is currently working on her MPH at Ohio University and is expected to graduate in December 2023.
