Seth is a fourth-year PhD candidate in Interdisciplinary Biostatistics at The Ohio State University. His research interests include survey sampling, missing data analysis, and clinical trials. He joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in 2024 as a Graduate Research Associate (GRA) contributing to key projects, including the Ohio Medicaid Assessment Survey (OMAS) and Medicaid Health Informatics (MHI).
Seth has extensive knowledge and experience in statistical and survey methodology. Before joining the GRC, he served as a statistician (GRA) on a collaborative, interdisciplinary, research team at the Institute for Behavioral Medicine Research, The Ohio State University, focusing on an observational clinical study that collected data on breast cancer survivors undergoing chemotherapy.
As a student, Seth has earned awards including the American Statistical Association (ASA) Students’ 2025 paper competition, and an outstanding Graduate Teaching Associate from the Department of Statistics in 2023. He also recently earned accreditation as a Graduate Statistician by the ASA.
Seth received his BS in Statistics from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana, and his MS in Statistics from the Ohio State University (2024) and Northern Arizona University (2021).
