Sponsored by the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Pregnancy Associated Mortality Review (PAMR) is presenting a series of patient safety webinars that focus on management of perinatal emergencies. The webinars are designed for anyone who participates in the care of pregnant and postpartum women and their infants. The central theme is that of optimizing patient safety through conducting simulation drills and improving communication. Speakers will incorporate the use of simulation drills as well as strategies for implementation in resource poor settings into their talks.
