The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) contracts with GRC to perform a variety of data processing, management, analysis, and analytical tasks, including:
- Achieve National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) certification for ODM-designated Health Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) measures and perform analyses of HEDIS measures using Ohio Medicaid administrative data.
- Consult with ODM on the development and implementation of new population health and clinical quality measures to support ODM’s population health strategy and value-based payment initiatives, including the Care Innovation and Community Improvement Program (CICIP).
- Provide data extracts and related support for ODM-designated data partners.
- Design and execute record linkages between Medicaid administrative data and other datasets such as Vital Statistics records and Prenatal Risk Assessment Form (PRAF) records and perform analyses of linked data.
- Perform ad hoc data-related technical assistance and statistical programming support for ODM.
