Alyssa joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) as a full-time Senior Researcher in 2023, though she had previously worked with the GRC as a Graduate Research Associate since 2019. Her training in statistics and public health has allowed her to meaningfully contribute to several projects during her time at the GRC. Her current work focuses on survey methods, quality improvement, data visualization, and causal analysis of claims data.

Alyssa earned both a PhD in Biostatistics (2023) and an MS in Statistics (2020) at The Ohio State University, as well as a BS in Mathematics and Statistics at Northern Kentucky University (2018). Her primary research interests include causal inference, study generalizability, survey methodology, and health applications of statistics.
