Shelby joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) as a Reporting and Analytics Specialist in June of 2024. She is currently involved in quality improvement and Medicaid-specific projects, with an expertise in data visualization and R Shiny dashboard development.
Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (2023) from the University of Toledo, and a Master of Public Administration (2024) from Ohio University's Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Service. While pursuing her MPA degree, Shelby worked as a Graduate Research Assistant on a variety of data analytics and visualization projects tied to some of the Voinovich School's grants and contracts, as well as some underway through the Ohio Alliance for Population Health (an initiative of the College of Health Sciences and Professions).
