Christopher is a Senior Research Consultant at the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC), specializing in Medicaid claims data analytics, population health measurement, and data engineering for health services research. He has over eight years of professional experience at GRC translating complex administrative health data into actionable insights for state programs and health system stakeholders. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The Ohio State University.
At GRC, Christopher has lead data management, analytics, and reporting activities for Medicaid-focused research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives serving state and healthcare stakeholders. He has served as the principal investigator or co-principal investigator on collaborations with multidisciplinary teams and agency partners to design evaluation methodologies, population health measures, and reporting solutions that translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
