Jaime Holcomb, MPH, PMP, MLS(ASCP)CM
Jaime Holcomb, MPH, PMP, MLS(ASCP)CM joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in March 2026 as a Senior Project Manager. She brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare, laboratory operations, compliance, project management, and data analysis. Her expertise includes quality improvement, regulatory compliance, population health analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional project leadership. Currently at the GRC, Jaime supports the Outcomes Acceleration for Kids (OAK), Coverdell Stroke, and the Focus on ME: Mental Health is Essential Health projects.
Prior to joining GRC, Jaime served as a Population Health Analyst at Central Ohio Primary Care, where she developed reporting and analytics to support population health management programs and organizational decision-making. She also spent nearly a decade at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, serving in leadership roles including Senior Laboratory Compliance Officer and Senior Project Manager of the Advanced Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory (COVID Lab), Laboratory Supervisor of the Microbiology department faculty and student labs, and Lead Medical Technologist in the Special Functions Laboratory, which focuses on infectious immunology and other specialized testing. In addition to her clinical experience, Jaime has a research background in microbiology from Miami University and translational health sciences from the Cleveland Clinic, contributing to peer-reviewed publications and presenting research at regional and national scientific conferences. Throughout her career, she has led complex projects, managed regulatory and accreditation activities, developed and implemented process improvements, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational effectiveness and quality outcomes.
Jaime holds a Master of Public Health from The Ohio State University, a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from Miami University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology with a minor in Molecular Biology from Miami University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS(ASCP)CM). Jaime has co-authored peer-reviewed scientific publications and presented research at national and international scientific conferences. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, ballroom dancing, and spending time with her family and pets.
