Samantha Froimson, MBA, RD
Samantha joined the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) in March 2026 as a Senior Project Manager.
Samantha is a Registered Dietitian with experience in community health and wellness, nutrition counseling, and supporting population health initiatives for Medicaid recipients. She has contributed to Ohio Medicaid programs focused on chronic condition management and addressing social needs to improve health outcomes.
At the GRC, Samantha serves as a Senior Project Manager supporting the Maternal Safety and Quality Improvement (QI) Hub projects. In this role, she leads project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvement efforts to advance health outcomes across Ohio.
In previous roles, Samantha worked in the health and wellness field, applying motivational interviewing techniques to support behavior change and leveraging her nutrition expertise to inform health policy improvements. She also supported Medicaid managed care initiatives through a population health lens, helping design and implement strategies to improve outcomes for Ohio Medicaid recipients.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
