Over the course of this multi-year project, the GRC is supporting the Ohio Department of Medicaid's Population Health and Quality Strategy by developing interactive dashboards that span the seven key population streams: 

  1. Mothers and infants
  2. Children with behavioral health conditions
  3. Adults with behavioral health conditions 
  4. Healthy children
  5. Healthy adults
  6. Individuals with chronic conditions
  7. Older adults

The GRC will provide interactive visual analytic tools and related data analysis and reporting to ODM in the areas of Medicaid-associated population health and health care utilization. Also, the GRC will provide additional statistics and data visualization-related technical assistance to ODM to support new and ongoing population health and quality initiatives. 

Finaly, the GRC will also create a program performance dashboard for the Comprehensive Maternal Care Program, a community-based, statewide program aimed at improving the health and well-being of moms, infants, and families covered by Medicaid.
